GFG raises $3 million
to
boost product development
Two specialist IT investment funds have co-invested a total of $3 million
in GFG Group. GFG Group chairman Ralph Green says the cash injection
will enable GFG to boost service and support for existing customers and
make major enhancements to the company's flagship Cadencie card management
system, and offerings in the emerging mobile payments market. Read

Bendigo Bank project
wins recognition
GFG Group has won the 2004 Card Smart Award for outstanding achievement
in the Australian and New Zealand cards industry. The award recognized
a major project at Bendigo Bank where GFG's Cadencie software, supported
by consulting and implementation services, assisted Bendigo extend and
grow it's merchant settlement system and bring it in-house. Read

eFUNDS signs to distribute
GFG Group's
simulation and testing tool GFG:FINsim
GFG Group has signed a worldwide distribution agreement with eFUNDS,
which will see GFG's innovative GFG:FINsim testing and simulation software
made available more widely, particularly in the North American market.
eFUNDS is the largest transaction switch provider
in the United States, and is well-known for its CONNEX and
Oasis IST transaction switching software, used by a wide range
of Tier One and Tier Two banks and financial institutions. Read
