Ralph Green, Executive Chairman
Ralph Green's career in electronic banking includes experience in New Zealand prior to joining GFG Group as one of its 3 founders. As part of GFG Group formation he contributed to the companies initial start and this included payment and card assignments in carrying out assignments in 27 countries over 11 years. He continues to provide an innovative and entrepreneurial drive tempered with a strong sense of corporate and community responsibility. He is expanding his board governance activity by being active in a range of other emerging organisations including the formation of payment infrastructure companies associated with GFG Group.

Paul van Tol, Executive Director
Paul van Tol is Chief Executive of TMT Ventures which is a corporate venture capital programme jointly managed by Direct Capital New Zealand. Originally from the Netherlands, Paul started his career with Klynveld Kraayenhof & Co, now part of KPMG. After migrating to New Zealand he managed several IT companies before starting his own transport company, which he sold in 1990 prior to joining Clear Communications. Paul has an MBA from Auckland University.

Dr Dennis Row, Executive Director
Dennis Row is a General Partner of Endeavour Capital, a leading NZ venture capital firm. He has extensive experience in growing early stage technology companies through to financial success. He was co-founder and CEO of Rebis Inc., a San Francisco-based plant design software company, which became the worldwide leader in plant design applications for AutoCAD and received an Inc. 500 award as one of fastest growing private companies in the US. He then joined Cyra Technologies, Inc., another Silicon Valley start-up, and led the commercialization of a new 3D laser scanning system.

Bill Crocker, Non-Executive Director
Bill Crocker's experience includes operational managed roles for American Express New Zealand. This led to a successful consulting career, specialising in credit card system design and applications of smart card technology. In 1988, he committed to full consultancy with GFG Group, with assignments spanning technical consultancy and implementation management.
